(OTCQB:SWISF)(CSE:SWIS) ("GlobeX" or the "Company"), the leader in Swiss hosted secure data management and secure communications, announces that it has granted on December 17, 2020, subject to any necessary regulatory approvals, incentive stock options to purchase in aggregate 3,210,000 shares of its common stock. Of such options, 2,670,000 were granted to a group of three officers and directors, while 520,000 were granted to a group of consultants and 20,000 were granted to an employee of the accounting firm of the Company. 370,000 of said options were granted under the company's stock option plan and are exercisable until June 1 2021, and 2,840,000 of said options were granted under the company's stock option plan and are exercisable for a period of five years at a price of CAD 0.12 per share. They are subject to the company's customary vesting policy.
