Board of Directors meeting on January 27, 2021.
The agenda includes the following items:
1. On approval of PJSC RusHydro's business plan (including Investment program) for 2021-2025.
2. On approval of RusHydro Group's consolidated business plan (including consolidated Investment program) for
2021-2025.
3. On consideration of issues of material significance for the Company.
The information on decisions of the Board of Directors will be made available in compliance with regulatory
