Further to the announcement made on 17 March 2021 regarding the payment of the first interim dividend on 29 April 2021, the Company has been notified that, due to a manual reconciliation being undertaken by Euroclear, payments to some investors have been delayed.
Confirmation has been received from the Registrar that the payment was made to Euroclear on time and in accordance with the payment instructions. The Registrar is currently in discussions with Euroclear to ensure that payment is made as soon as possible.

Volta Finance Limited is incorporated in Guernsey under The Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (as amended) and listed on Euronext Amsterdam and the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities.
