BRUSSELS (dpa-AFX) - U.S. durable goods orders for October, GDP data for the third quarter and weekly jobless claims for the week ended November 20 are due out at 8.30 am ET Wednesday. Ahead of these data, the greenback firmed against its major rivals.
The greenback was worth 115.18 against the yen, 1.1203 against the euro, 1.3344 against the pound and 0.9358 against the franc as of 8:25 am ET.
