EV Biologics Corporation: EV Biologics Initiates PCAOB Audit to Seek Uplift to OTCQX

TAMPA, FL / ACCESSWIRE / November 14, 2022 / EV Biologics Corp, (OTC PINK:YECO), today announced that it is initiating a PCAOB audit for 2021 and 2022 and intends to file an application to list on the OTCQX market during Q1, 2023.

This PCAOB audit is a necessary step to finalize the previously filed corporate name change with FINRA, which will also update the trading symbol. The audit is also a requirement for the Company's application to up-list to the OTCQX market, which will expand access to capital for further technical and business development.

CEO, Daniel Mckinney, said "we have made substantial progress in our MSC secretome product and process development and will now push forward to uplift our publicly listed corporate platform to reflect these achievements and continue to further advance our technical objectives."

Additionally, the wholly owned EV Biologics subsidiary, Excyte, Inc., is targeting closing out its initial funding before the end of this year. Excyte will be developing proprietary technologies to advance EV Biologics' biomanufacturing and biologic product development.
