Oxurion received a transparency notification on April 12, 2023 from Atlas Special Opportunities LLC indicating that as of April 11, 2023, it held 26,728,439 shares of the then outstanding 632,659,186 shares, and therefore crossed above the threshold (3%) by virtue of acquisition of voting securities.
