Bangladesh approves 220 MW solar project, its largest to date

Bangladesh has givern approval to a 220 MW plant in Sonagazi, partly funded by the Islamic Development Bank.Bangladesh's government on Monday approved plans for a 220 MW solar power plant in Sonagazi, in the country's southeast. Once completed, the project will become the nation's largest photovoltaic installation.
