(CSE: RWB) ("RWB" or the "Company") announces that, further to its news release dated December 1, 2025, it has issued 375,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.035 per share to a former consultant to settle certain outstanding obligations for past services.
The securities issued pursuant to the settlement are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day in accordance with applicable securities laws.
