LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESS Newswire / April 8, 2026 / Clean Vision Corporation (OCTQB:CLNV) ("Clean Vision" or the "Company"), an emerging leader in innovative plastic conversion and clean fuel development announced the retirement of a convertible note, effectively removing an investment made by Labrys Fund II Capital from the company's balance sheet. This strategic move is part of Clean Vision's ongoing commitment to enhancing its financial health and increasing shareholder value.

The retirement of the convertible note marks another significant milestone for Clean Vision, reflecting the company's strong operational performance and strategic financial management. The Company expects that in the coming weeks it will retire additional notes from its balance sheet, further strengthening its financial position.

The Company is also announcing that its first 25 Ton Per Day pyrolysis reactor will be shipped from its manufacturer in Southern California to Clean-Seas West Virginia in Belle, WV. The shipment is expected to arrive the week of April 20th where it will be positioned for commissioning. Engineers from Clean-Seas will be onsite to receive the new equipment and begin the process of setting up its Training, Research and Evaluation (TRE) unit which has received its conditional use permit from the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection.

"We are pleased to announce the retirement of this convertible note, with others to follow, as well as the progress being made in establishing the Company's first Plastic Conversion Network (PCN) facility in the United States" said Dan Bates, CEO of Clean Vision. "We expect this momentum to continue throughout the year and well into 2027 with plans to expand our footprint to include additional States and Countries as we fully realize our goals for the PCN".
