ACR's GAAP net loss allocable to common shares was $1.0 million or $(0.16) per share-diluted, for the quarter ended March 31, 2026.
"The ACRES origination team added $496 million of high-quality loans to our portfolio during the first quarter. The combination of those new loans along with $571 million of loans originated during the fourth quarter of 2025, led to the closing of a $1 billion CRE CLO in February.
