The period in brief
• Net asset value was SEK 3,394 million (4,121) and net asset value per share was SEK 39.14 (52.78 on 30 June 2025). Change in net asset value per share in the quarter was -2.9 per cent (4.4).
• Total fair value of shares in portfolio companies was SEK 2,849 million (3,094). Change in fair value of shares in portfolio companies in the quarter was SEK -88 million (176), equivalent to -3.0 per cent (-0.7).
• Net profit/loss amounted to SEK -92 million (174).
• Earnings per share before and after dilution amounted to SEK -1.02 (2.22).
Significant events during the quarter
• The board resolved to redeem all series C shares within the framework of Flerie's share redemption scheme.
• Flerie conducted a bonus issue in which the majority owner waived share allocation, thereby increasing minority shareholders' stake in the company.
• Flerie and Biosergen agreed on a merger plan, where the investment in Biosergen will be Flerie's first new investment since its listing on Nasdaq Stockholm.
• Mendus enrolled the first patient in ongoing phase 1b trial.
• Prokarium presented positive interim data from clinical study in bladder cancer.
• Xintela presented positive results from clinical study with its stem cell product XSTEM.
• Xspray Pharma received a CRL from FDA for Nilopki.
• Bonsai Biotherapeutics received full approval of its clinical trial application for TOL2 in myasthenia gravis.
