Plurilock's Integra Networks subsidiary has been selected as one of the contract holders under NATO's Cyber Security Dynamic Marketplace ("CSDM") Lot 1
CSDM Lot 1 is a five-year, multiple-award framework covering eight cyber security categories for NATO customers
Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - August 6, 2026) - Plurilock Security Inc. (TSXV: PLUR) (OTCQB: PLCKF) ("Plurilock" or the "Company"), a global cybersecurity solutions provider, today announced that its Integra Networks Corporation subsidiary has been selected as one of the Contract Holders under the NATO Communications and Information Agency's (NCIA) Cyber Security Dynamic Marketplace ("CSDM") Lot 1 framework.
CSDM Lot 1 is a five-year, multiple-award indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity ("IDIQ") framework. Work under the framework will be conducted through individual task orders issued by NCIA to Contract Holders. Order values and associated revenue for any individual Contract Holder are determined by future task order awards and are not fixed under the framework.
The framework covers eight functional categories: Identity, Credential, and Access Management; Endpoint Protection and Platforms; Network and Perimeter Security; Cloud Security; Threat Detection and Analytics Platforms; Vulnerability and Exposure Management; and Professional Services.
North American and NATO Public Sector Contracting Portfolio
Plurilock's public sector contracting vehicles comprise a sales platform that enables the Company to serve public sector customers in the United States, Canada, and now, through CSDM, NATO.
The Company's Integra Networks subsidiary also holds multiple Canadian federal contracting vehicles, including ProServices, SBIPS, THS, TSPS, and TBIPS. As previously announced, the Company's Aurora Systems Consulting subsidiary holds a NASA SEWP V contract extended through September 2026, with option periods available through April 2027, and has been notified of its status as a NASA SEWP VI awardee.
The Company's financial performance is disclosed in its quarterly and annual filings on SEDAR+. The Company believes that participation in the CSDM framework may provide access to additional NATO cyber security opportunities in future periods; however, such opportunities are subject to future task order awards, competition among Contract Holders, customer demand, and other factors described in the Forward-Looking Statements section below.
"CSDM adds a NATO position to Plurilock's public sector contracting portfolio, complementing the Company's existing U.S. and Canadian federal contracting vehicles," said Ian L. Paterson, Chief Executive Officer of Plurilock. "As a Contract Holder, Integra will be positioned to compete for task orders issued by NCI Agency alongside other qualified suppliers on the framework."
Company Announces Appointment of COO
The Company also announces that it has appointed Veera Singh as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in addition to her current role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Ms. Singh, who has been with the Company for over four years, continues to be a central contributor to Plurilock's growth and operational maturity. Her expanded mandate as both COO and CFO reflects the confidence that Plurilock places in her leadership and technology skills as the Company continues to scale.
