McAlester, Oklahoma--(Newsfile Corp. - August 6, 2026) - Lelantos Holdings, Inc. (OTCID: LNTO), parent company of Airtopia Adventure Parks, today announced that it has signed a lease for a new Airtopia entertainment destination at the Shops of Central Park, located at 2200 Airport Freeway in Bedford, Texas.
The executed lease secures approximately 77,106 square feet across a two-building property and moves the Bedford project from a development opportunity to a committed Airtopia location. The Company currently expects the destination to open in 2027, subject to permitting, construction progress, landlord coordination, financing, and other customary development conditions.
Current plans call for the property to combine an Airtopia Adventure Park, a retained cinema component, indoor go-karts, arcade attractions, birthday party and group-event experiences, memberships, food and beverage, and additional active and premium entertainment offerings. The two-building design is intended to create complementary experiences within one connected destination, giving families more reasons to visit, stay longer, celebrate together, and return throughout the year.
Based on current operating assumptions, market analysis, planned attraction mix, pricing, attendance, and revenue-category projections, management estimates that the Bedford location could generate approximately $8 million in revenue during its first full year of operations. This estimate is a forward-looking management projection and is subject to the risks and assumptions described below.

The Bedford location reflects Airtopia's broader strategy of developing diversified family entertainment destinations rather than relying on a single attraction or revenue category. The Company's operating model is designed around admissions, memberships, birthday parties, group events, arcade revenue, cinema activity, indoor go-karts, food and beverage, premium experiences, and recurring visitation.

The project is expected to create new employment opportunities, reactivate a substantial existing commercial property, and provide a new all-ages entertainment destination for Bedford and the surrounding Dallas-Fort Worth market.
As previously announced, Airtopia is working with JA Development & Construction, a subsidiary of SunTex Enterprises Inc. (OTCID: SNTX), in connection with construction planning and execution for Bedford and other locations in Airtopia's development pipeline. That relationship supports the project's execution, while the signed lease and secured Bedford location are the primary milestones announced today.
The Company expects to provide additional updates as major development milestones are completed, including final design, permitting, construction commencement, attraction planning, hiring, and anticipated opening timing.
