COINSILIUM GROUP LIMITED
("Coinsilium" or the "Company")
Predictive Labs Achieves Further Development Milestones; Coinsilium Increases Investment with Further Subscription
Gibraltar, 24 August 2026 - Coinsilium Group Limited (AQSE: COIN | OTCQB: CINGF), the Aquis-quoted digital asset
venture builder, is pleased to provide an update on the continued development of Predictive Labs Pte. Ltd. ("Predictive
Labs"), a Coinsilium-backed venture and strategic advisory client.
Following the achievement of further agreed development milestones relating to Nijinn, Predictive Labs' prediction
markets analytics platform, Coinsilium, through its wholly owned Gibraltar-based subsidiary Seedcoin Limited
("Seedcoin"), has elected to exercise its right to subscribe to a further USUSD100,000 of preference shares under the
existing investment agreement.
Highlights
-- Predictive Labs has completed Milestone 4 and the Stage 2 deliverable under the agreed development
schedule, with Nijinn now operating end to end as an integrated Alpha on deployed infrastructure.
-- Development progress includes delivery of the Alpha user interface and Indexing Engine, together with the
implementation of Nijinn's core user experience and significant progress across its Pro intelligence functionality.
-- Nijinn's Pro functionality demonstrated to date includes Cross-Venue Arbitrage, Informed Directional
Trading, Market Making and Real-World Hedging.
-- Following achievement of the agreed milestones, Coinsilium has elected to subscribe for a further
USUSD100,000 of preference shares, increasing its total investment to USUSD450,000 and its holding to approximately
14.91% of Predictive Labs' issued share capital.
-- Nijinn remains broadly on track with its previously announced rollout timetable, with the free to use
version expected to launch following completion of the Pioneer Circle testing and the planned commercial launch of
Nijinn Pro around Token2049 in Singapore in early October 2026.
-- Recent developments across the prediction markets sector continue to demonstrate growing adoption,
trading activity and investor interest, reinforcing the market opportunity for specialist analytics and
intelligence platforms such as Nijinn.
Coinsilium Exercises Further Investment Rights
As announced on 14 July 2026, Coinsilium's investment in Predictive Labs stood at USUSD350,000, representing 7,630
preference shares, equivalent to approximately 11.99% of Predictive Labs' issued share capital. Following achievement
of the further development milestones outlined above, Seedcoin has elected to exercise a further USUSD100,000 of this
remaining subscription right. Upon completion, Coinsilium's total investment will increase to USUSD450,000, representing
9,810 preference shares, equivalent to approximately 14.91% of Predictive Labs' issued share capital.
Seedcoin will retain the right to subscribe for a further USUSD50,000 of preference shares under the initial USUSD500,000
investment stage. If exercised in full, Coinsilium's total investment under this initial stage would increase to
USUSD500,000, representing 10,900 preference shares and approximately 16.29% of Predictive Labs' issued share capital.
As previously announced, the investment agreement also provides the Company with additional staged subscription rights
beyond the initial investment stage which, if ultimately exercised in full, would increase its interest in Predictive
Labs to approximately 29.85% of the issued share capital. Shareholders are referred to the Company's announcement of 16
March 2026 for further details of the investment structure and option arrangements.
The preference shares are convertible into ordinary shares at the election of Coinsilium and therefore represent an
interest in the total equity of Predictive Labs whilst retaining certain additional rights over and above ordinary
shares prior to conversion.
Development Milestones Achieved
As announced on 14 July 2026, Predictive Labs unveiled Nijinn, its first commercial product and the first major
commercial development milestone for the business since Coinsilium's initial investment.
Nijinn is a dedicated analytics and discovery platform designed to aggregate and analyse information across multiple
prediction-market venues, helping professional market participants identify opportunities, benchmark performance and
interpret market signals.
Importantly, Nijinn is not itself a prediction market or trading venue. It has been designed as an analytics-only
platform and does not execute trades, custody assets or hold positions. Its role is to provide an independent data and
intelligence layer serving traders, funds, developers and AI agents participating across the prediction markets
ecosystem.
Since Coinsilium's previous update, Predictive Labs has continued to progress the development of Nijinn and has now
completed Milestone 4 and delivered Stage 2 under the agreed development schedule.
Nijinn is now operating end to end as an integrated Alpha on deployed infrastructure. The Alpha user interface has been
delivered and is running on top of the underlying data pipeline, while the Indexing Engine is now in place, organising
normalised market data into the unified global index used by the Nijinn interface. The platform therefore operates
across the full workflow, from data ingestion and indexing through to the user-facing screens.
Development progress also includes the implementation of Nijinn's core user experience, including market discovery,
event and market analytics, watchlists and account functionality, designed to provide users with Nijinn analytics
alongside supported prediction-market venues and direct access to the wider Nijinn platform.
Significant progress has also been achieved across Nijinn's Pro intelligence functionality, including Cross-Venue
Arbitrage, Informed Directional Trading, Market Making and Real-World Hedging.
Predictive Labs has also developed the supporting administrative infrastructure required to operate the platform,
including user and administrator management, accuracy monitoring, revenue and attribution functionality, entitlement
management and administrative review of market data.
Completion of the integrated Alpha closes the Stage 2 deliverable under the agreed milestone schedule. Predictive Labs
is now progressing towards user acceptance testing ("UAT") and the live minimum viable product ("MVP") stage.
Prediction Markets Sector Momentum
The continued development of Nijinn is taking place against a backdrop of growing adoption, trading activity and
investment across the prediction markets sector.
Recent developments since Coinsilium's previous update provide further evidence of the increasing scale of the market.
On 23 July 2026, Reuters reported that Kalshi recorded approximately USUSD27 billion in trading volume and attracted
around 3 million users during the 2026 FIFA World Cup, approximately double the USUSD13 billion in volume and 1.5 million
users the platform had anticipated.

https://www.reuters.com/sports/soccer/kalshi-hits-back-net-with-27-billion-fifa-world-cup-windfall-2026-07-23/
Investor interest has also continued to grow. On 4 August 2026, Reuters reported that Polymarket was in early
discussions to raise approximately USUSD1 billion at a valuation exceeding USUSD20 billion, following its USUSD1 billion
fundraising at a USUSD15 billion valuation in April.

The Board considers these developments further evidence of the growing scale and adoption of prediction markets and of
the expanding opportunity for specialist analytics and intelligence platforms such as Nijinn. As trading activity
expands across an increasing number of venues, the need to aggregate, analyse and interpret increasingly fragmented
market data, liquidity and pricing information becomes correspondingly more relevant.
Nijinn Commercial Progress and Next Steps
Since Coinsilium's previous update, Predictive Labs has continued to progress Nijinn in line with the development and
commercial rollout timetable announced on 14 July 2026.
WikiEXPO Hong Kong took place on 23-24 July 2026, where Predictive Labs Founder and Chief Executive Officer Johann
Evrard joined Coinsilium Chief Executive Officer Eddy Travia for a panel discussion examining the development and
broader adoption of prediction markets.
The prediction markets panel session is now available to watch online and begins at approximately 05:22:00:

Predictive Labs has confirmed that development remains broadly on track against its previously announced rollout
timetable. The free version of Nijinn is expected to launch following completion of testing through the Pioneer Circle,
with a broader public launch expected during September and the commercial launch of the premium Nijinn Pro tier planned
around the Token2049 conference in Singapore in early October 2026.
These next stages will represent further important milestones in the development and commercial rollout of Nijinn as
Predictive Labs progresses from early access towards broader public availability and commercialisation.

DJ Coinsilium Group Limited: Predictive Labs Achieves Further Development Milestones; Coinsilium Increases Investment with Further Subscription -2-
"Predictive Labs continues to deliver against its development roadmap. The completion of Stage 2, with Nijinn now
operating end to end as an integrated Alpha, represents another important step in the development of the platform.
The achievement of these latest milestones provides the basis for our decision to increase our investment in Predictive
Labs to USUSD450,000. We are particularly encouraged by the pace of development and by the broader momentum we are seeing
across the prediction markets sector.
Recent growth in trading volumes and user participation, together with the significant levels of investment and
valuations being achieved by leading prediction market platforms, provide further evidence of a sector that is rapidly
gaining scale and attracting increasing mainstream and institutional interest.
We believe this growth also strengthens the opportunity for the infrastructure and intelligence layer around prediction
markets. As activity expands across multiple venues, so too does the need to aggregate and interpret increasingly
fragmented data, liquidity and pricing information. This is precisely the market opportunity Nijinn has been designed
to address.
With the platform progressing towards its next development and commercial milestones, we remain excited about the
opportunity ahead and look forward to continuing to work closely with Johann and the Predictive Labs team."

Important Notice
Coinsilium Group Limited ("Coinsilium" or "the Company") holds part of its reserves in Bitcoin through its wholly owned Gibraltar-based subsidiary, Forza (Gibraltar) Limited ("Forza"), which is responsible for managing the Company's Bitcoin treasury.
The Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") regards digital assets such as Bitcoin as high-risk and speculative, with potential for extreme price volatility. An investment in Coinsilium Group Limited is not an investment in Bitcoin, either directly or by proxy. Coinsilium holds a range of assets, including equity interests in companies operating within and beyond the blockchain sector, and maintains a diversified portfolio of strategic investments across the digital asset space. This structure provides broader exposure beyond Bitcoin. The Company's exposure to Bitcoin forms part of its broader capital allocation strategy.
Coinsilium is not authorised or regulated by the FCA. While the Board of Directors considers Bitcoin to be an appropriate long-term reserve asset, prospective and existing investors should be aware of the associated risks. There is no certainty that the Company will be able to realise its Bitcoin holdings at expected valuations, and the financial performance of the Company may be affected by movements in the price of Bitcoin. As a result of the Company's exposure to Bitcoin, the market value of Coinsilium shares may also experience significant fluctuations, and the value of investments can go down as well as up.
The decision to allocate capital into Bitcoin, facilitated through the Company's dedicated treasury management structure, Forza, reflects a strategic view of Bitcoin as a long-term reserve asset. This approach is underpinned by over a decade of experience operating in the digital asset sector.
In accordance with the Aquis Framework for Issuers pursuing Cryptocurrency Strategies, the Company is required to draw to shareholders' attention particular risks relating to cryptoassets. The Company's exposure to the cryptoasset sector exposes the Company to a number of significant risks, including, but not limited to:
Volatility of the price of Digital Assets, including but not limited to Bitcoin
Digital assets, including but not limited to Bitcoin, are subject to extreme price volatility, with values capable of rising or falling sharply over short periods. This volatility can have a material adverse effect on the company's financial position and results. Investors should be aware that the value of the Company's digital asset holdings may fluctuate significantly, leading to substantial losses. There is no guarantee that the Company will be able to realise its digital asset holdings at expected valuations.
Regulatory Uncertainty
The regulatory environment for cryptoassets, including Bitcoin, is evolving and remains uncertain in many jurisdictions. Changes in laws or regulations could adversely affect the Company's ability to hold, trade, or use Bitcoin. There is a risk that future regulatory action could require the Company to divest its Bitcoin holdings or restrict its operations. Non-compliance with applicable regulations could result in penalties or reputational harm.
Security and Custody Risks
The Company's cryptoasset holdings, including those in Bitcoin, are subject to security risks, including cyberattacks, hacking, and theft. Despite using third-party, institutional-grade custodians, there is no absolute guarantee against loss or misappropriation. Any security breach could result in the partial or total loss of the Company's cryptoassets. The Company may have limited recourse to recover lost or stolen assets.
Liquidity Constraints
Cryptoasset markets, including Bitcoin, may experience periods of illiquidity, which could impact the Company's ability to sell its holdings quickly or at favourable prices. Market disruptions, technological failures, or a lack of counterparties may further constrain liquidity. In such scenarios, the company may be forced to accept lower prices or delay transactions. This could adversely affect the Company's financial performance.
Reputational Risks
The association with the cryptoasset sector, including Bitcoin, may expose the Company to reputational risks. Negative perceptions arising from links to illicit activity, cybercrime, or regulatory scrutiny could impact stakeholder confidence. Adverse media coverage or public opinion may affect the company's relationships with investors, customers, or partners. Reputational damage could have long-term consequences for the business.
