WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Extra Space Storage Inc. (EXR), a real estate investment trust company, said on Monday that it has appointed its President, Noah Springer, as next chief executive officer with effect from January 1, 2027.
Subsequently, Joe Margolis will retire as CEO at the end of the year and serve as an adviser to Extra Space Storage's board.
Springer joined Extra Space in 2006 and became Chief Strategy and Partnership Officer in 2020. He was promoted to the role of president on January 1.
