J.F. Lehman & Company: JFL Credit Partners with Powerhouse Engines to Launch Engine Investment Program

NEW YORK, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- JFL Credit Opportunities, LLC ("JFL Credit"), a leading credit manager focused exclusively on the aerospace, defense, government, maritime, environmental and infrastructure sectors, is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Powerhouse Engines ("Powerhouse" or the "Company") to establish an engine investment program. Investment affiliates of JFL will provide capital to support Powerhouse's acquisition of commercial aircraft engines as the Company expands its capabilities into engine trading and aftermarket parts.

Headquartered in Miami, Florida, Powerhouse is an aviation services platform specializing in the leasing and maintenance, repair and overhaul ("MRO") of CFM56 commercial aircraft engines. Building on its established leasing platform, in-house MRO capabilities and deep technical expertise, Powerhouse has built a reputation among airlines and lessors for high-quality workmanship, responsive service and the ability to address complex technical requirements. The Company is now expanding into engine trading and aftermarket parts, creating a more integrated platform that extends these capabilities across a broader range of customer needs and transaction types.
