Vinci Compass Investments Ltd.: Vinci Compass Completes The Acquisition Of Navi's Real Estate Platform

RIO DE JANEIRO, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Vinci Compass Investments Ltd. (NASDAQ: VINP) ("Vinci Compass," "we," "the Company," "us," or "our"), the controlling company of a leading alternative investments and global solutions provider in Latin America, announced today that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Navi's Real Estate platform.

As a result of the closing, Vinci Compass adds approximately R$800 million in assets under management ("AUM") across multi-strategy and residential strategies, primarily concentrated in perpetual and long-term lock-up vehicles, including four REITs listed on the Brazilian stock exchange and/or the CETIP.

"We are pleased to have completed the acquisition of Navi's Real Estate platform, an important step in the continued expansion of our investment capabilities," said Alessandro Horta, Chief Executive Officer of Vinci Compass. "The transaction adds highly complementary funds to our platform, strengthens our position in the Brazilian REIT market, particularly in the multi-strategy segment, and broadens the range of high-quality investment solutions we can offer our clients."
