Aether Global Innovations Corp. (the "Company") has announced the termination of the the definitive agreement dated April 1, 2026 (the "Agreement") among the Company, 1401068 B.C. Ltd. and Arion Defence Inc. ("Arion"), contemplating the Company's proposed acquisition of 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Arion (the "Transaction").
The Exchange has determined that the Company has not met the continued listing requirements as set out in CSE Policy 2, Appendix A section 2.9.
Pursuant to Policy 6 section 2.4, the Issuer may not rely on confidential price protection, nor may the Issuer complete any financing without prior Exchange approval.
In accordance with Policy 3, section 5.1, the .X extension is added to the listed securities of Issuers that the Exchange has deemed to be inactive.
The issuer will resume trading on September 14, 2026.

Aether Global Innovations Corp. (la « Société ») a annoncé la résiliation de l'accord définitif en date du 1er avril 2026 (l'« Accord ») conclu entre la Société, 1401068 B.C. Ltd. et Arion Defence Inc. (« Arion »), qui prévoyait l'acquisition par la Société de 100 % des actions émises et en circulation d'Arion (la « Opération »).
La Bourse a déterminé que la Société ne satisfaisait pas aux exigences de maintien de la cotation énoncées à la section 2.9 de l'annexe A de la politique 2 du CSE.
Conformément à la section 2.4 de la Politique 6, l'Émetteur ne peut pas bénéficier de la protection des prix confidentiels et ne peut pas réaliser de financement sans l'approbation préalable de la Bourse.
Conformément à la section 5.1 de la Politique 3, l'extension .X est ajoutée aux titres cotés des Émetteurs que la Bourse a jugés inactifs.
L'émetteur reprendra ses échanges le 14 septembre 2026.
