4,669 Live Buyers and Sellers Handed to Real Estate Agents; Ablaze Systems Just Published the Receipts

$1.5 Billion in buyer and seller volume delivered live to real estate agents. The numbers are public.

AUSTIN, TX / ACCESS Newswire / September 23, 2026 / 4,669 times over the last two years, a real estate agent's phone rang and a qualified buyer or seller was already on the line: interviewed, vetted, and ready to talk. No chasing, no voicemail, no "just browsing." This week, the company behind those calls, Austin-based Ablaze Systems, published the numbers from its internal tracking system, and they tell a story most agents will find hard to believe until they check it themselves.

To understand why agents are paying attention, start with the math they already know. The typical internet lead is sold to multiple agents at once, and industry answer rates sit in the single digits; agents routinely dial a new lead eight or more times to get one conversation. Ablaze's published figure flips that: 85% of its 4,669 transfers either connected the agent with the prospect live or produced a scheduled follow-up appointment. The difference is not the leads. It's the more than 600,000 qualifying calls a trained human ISA team placed before any agent's phone ever rang.

Among transfers where buyers stated a target price, the median budget was $400,000, representing more than $1.5 billion in combined buyer and seller volume handed to partner agents, one qualified conversation at a time.

"I watched agents lose deals for years, not because the leads were bad, but because nobody called them fast enough or asked the right questions," said Asa Sedam, founder and CEO. "Speed and qualification is the entire game. So we stopped selling leads and started delivering conversations. Our ISAs make the calls, ask the uncomfortable questions about timeline and financing, and only transfer when there's a real buyer or seller on the line."

The results some partners describe are the kind agents tend to distrust until they see the source. An Arizona broker landed a million-dollar buyer from a single transfer. Another partner signed a $1.5 million client who arrived as an Ablaze lead. One recent transfer turned into a live $340,000 listing. Several of these agents discuss their results on camera on the company's public YouTube channel, a level of verifiability that remains rare in the lead-generation business.

The model has a built-in constraint that doubles as its differentiator: since late 2024 Ablaze has delivered transfers to more than 200 partner agents across 28 states, and the company has grown largely organically. Ablaze vets applicants rather than selling to anyone with a credit card, and turns away agents who aren't a fit for the model.
