WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - EOG Resources, Inc. (EOG), announced on Thursday that its Chief Financial Officer Ann Janssen will retire in 2027 after more than 30 years at the company. The board has appointed Jeffrey Hibbard to succeed her as executive vice president and CFO, effective January 1, 2027. Janssen will remain as an advisor until her retirement.
Hibbard joined EOG in 2025 as senior vice president of finance after more than two decades at Morgan Stanley, where he most recently served as managing director in its Global Energy Group.
On the NYSE, shares of EOG are currently gaining 0.87 percent, changing hands at $143.08.
