PARIS (dpa-AFX) - LVMH (MC.PA, LVMHF.PK, MOH.DE) on Monday reported revenue of €57.15 billion for the first nine months of 2026, down 2% from €58.09 billion a year earlier, while organic revenue grew 2%.
Third-quarter organic growth was 1%, reflecting softer demand in China, while the United States, Europe and Japan recorded good growth.
Wines & Spirits posted 5% organic growth for the nine-month period, while Fashion & Leather Goods declined 2%. Perfumes & Cosmetics remained flat, Watches & Jewelry grew 8%, and Selective Retailing advanced 6%.
Fashion & Leather Goods faced a slowdown in China during the third quarter despite continued strength in the US market. Christian Dior benefited from demand for its ready-to-wear and leather goods, while Loro Piana, Celine and Fendi reported positive performances.
In Selective Retailing, Sephora delivered strong revenue growth and gained market share in several countries. LVMH also continued expanding its retail network, including entering Belgium and Croatia.
Despite economic and geopolitical uncertainty, the group said it remains confident in its strategy of strengthening brand desirability, product quality and retail excellence.
