TEANECK (dpa-AFX) - Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation (CTSH) and Travelport Worldwide Limited have announced the next phase of their strategic partnership to modernize travel service platforms in the current artificial intelligence era.
The strategic partnership will include technology transformation through AI-assisted engineering, business process transformation through workflow automation, and product innovation through embedding AI-native capabilities.
Cognizant staff will engage with Travelport across 18 countries. The initial engineering focus will be Travelport Trip Services, which handles bookings, exchanges, refunds, and servicing worldwide. The resulting gains in engineering speed and quality could boost the delivery of new AI capabilities to Travelport's customers.
