Common shares to commence trading on TSX on November 3 under the symbol "MAXQ"

HALIFAX, NS, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Maritime Launch Services Inc. (CBOE: MAXQ) (OTCQB: MAXQF) ("Maritime Launch" or the "Company"), developer of Spaceport Nova Scotia, today announced that, further to its press release dated October 14, 2026, it has received final approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") to list the Company's common shares (the "Common Shares").

The Common Shares will commence trading on the TSX at market open on November 3, 2026 under the symbol "MAXQ". In connection with the TSX listing, the Common Shares will cease trading on Cboe Canada at the close of trading on November 2, 2026.

The Company's CUSIP and ISIN numbers remain unchanged, and shareholders are not required to exchange their share certificates or direct registration system advices or take any other action in connection with the TSX listing.

"As Maritime Launch develops Spaceport Nova Scotia, Canada's gateway to space, listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange will provide an important platform to broaden our visibility and engagement with the investment community. We are building strategic national infrastructure that can connect Canada to the global space economy and provide sovereign access to space from Canadian soil. The TSX listing is another key milestone as we execute on that vision," said Stephen Matier, President and CEO of Maritime Launch.
