SAN FRANCISCO (AFX) - Newspaper publisher Hollinger International Inc. said after Wednesday's closing bell it will receive $30.25 million from a settlement it and a special board committee reached with Torys LLP over potential claims against the Toronto-based business law firm. Torys is required to pay the settlement before the end of the year, Hollinger said. It also said that Torys must continue to cooperate with it in ongoing investigations and litigation as part of the agreement.
