- Sept 18 (Reuters) - British instrument and controls maker Spectris Plc said on Thursday it had bought the assets of Siemens AG's Machine Vision Business in the U.S. for an initial $11.5 million.
Machine Vision Business, formerly Acuity CiMatrix, provides automatic identification and data capture products for manufacturing, packaging and traceability applications.
Spectris shares closed at 702.50 pence on Wednesday.
