CANBERA (dpa-AFX) - Australia is on Friday scheduled to release producer price data for the third quarter of 2012, highlighting a light day for Asia-Pacific economic activity.
PPI is expected to rise 1.0 percent on quarter and 1.6 percent on year following the 0.5 percent quarterly increase and the.1 percent yearly gain in the second quarter.
Japan will announce monetary base figures for October, with forecasts suggesting an increase of 9.2 percent on year following the 9.0 percent increase in September.
New Zealand will provide October numbers for commodity prices; in September, prices were up 3.5 percent.
