LONDON (dpa-AFX) - Office outsourcing services provider Regus plc (RGU.L) Tuesday said it has opened its 1,500th business center in Pune, India. The company further added that availability of Regus flexible workspace in one of India's leading IT corridors will help businesses of all sizes to open up new revenues or work more efficiently in the region. Regus said it sees itself achieving a network of at least 2,000 business centers globally by 2014.
Commenting on the development, Mark Dixon, CEO of Regus said, 'It is entirely appropriate that the 1,500th Regus centre is in India, because it's a key growth market for Regus and our customers. With its strong economy and growing demand for flexible working, there is huge potential to develop our network in India to support the growth of local and international companies.'
