WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Harwood Feffer LLP said it is investigating potential claims against the board of Digital Generation, Inc. (DGIT) regarding whether the board has breached its fiduciary duties to shareholders.
The company's board may have permitted the dissemination of untrue and misleading statements about Digital Generation's growth and improper accounting for the value of certain acquisitions.
According to Harwood Feffer, its investigation pertains to whether the company board has breached its fiduciary duties to shareholders, grossly mismanaged the company, and/or committed abuses of control in connection with the foregoing.
