BRUSSELS (dpa-AFX) - After the release of the University of Michigan's preliminary consumer sentiment index for April at 10:00 am ET Friday, the greenback inched down against its major counterparts.
The greenback was trading at 111.87 against the yen, 1.1317 against the euro, 1.3122 against the pound and 1.0000 against the franc around 10:02 am ET.
