BRUSSELS (dpa-AFX) - The U.S. personal income and spending data for April will be out at 8:30 am ET Friday. Ahead of the data, the greenback traded mixed against its major counterparts. While the greenback rose against the pound and the franc, it held steady against the euro and the yen.
The greenback was worth 1.2577 against the pound, 108.74 against the yen, 1.0053 against the franc and 1.1152 against the euro as of 8:25 am ET.
