BRUSSELS (dpa-AFX) - The U.S. trade data for July is due at 8:30 am ET Wednesday. Ahead of the data, the greenback held steady against its major counterparts.
The greenback was worth 106.25 against the yen, 0.9846 against the franc, 1.2203 against the pound and 1.1016 against the euro as of 8:25 am ET.
