BRUSSELS (dpa-AFX) - At 2.30 am ET Tuesday, Swiss consumer price figures for December are due. Consumer prices are forecast to remain flat on a monthly basis, following a 0.1 percent fall in November.
Ahead of the data, the franc dropped against its major rivals.
The franc was worth 0.9699 against the greenback, 111.76 against the yen, 1.2761 against the pound and 1.0847 against the euro at 2:25 am ET.
