CANBERA (dpa-AFX) - At 8:30 am ET Friday, Statistics Canada will release Canada jobs data for January. The loonie traded mixed against its major counterparts before the data. While the loonie held steady against the aussie and the yen, it fell against the greenback and the euro.
The loonie was worth 82.57 against the yen, 1.4595 against the euro, 0.8889 against the aussie and 1.3310 against the greenback at 8:25 am ET.
