BRUSSELS (dpa-AFX) - At 4.30 am ET Tuesday, the Office for National Statistics has published UK GDP data for the fourth quarter as well as industrial and construction output and foreign trade figures for December. After these reports, the pound advanced against its major rivals.
The pound was trading at 142.00 against the yen, 1.2634 against the franc, 1.2928 against the greenback and 0.8442 against the euro around 4:31 am ET.
