HOUSTON (dpa-AFX) - Below are the earnings highlights for ConocoPhillips (COP):

-Earnings: -$1.73 billion in Q1 vs. $1.83 billion in the same period last year. -EPS: -$1.60 in Q1 vs. $1.60 in the same period last year. -Excluding items, ConocoPhillips reported adjusted earnings of $0.49 billion or $0.45 per share for the period. -Analysts projected $0.23 per share
