BRUSSELS (dpa-AFX) - Germany's producer price figures are due at 2.00 am ET Friday. Prices are expected to decrease 0.6 percent annually in November, following a 0.7 percent fall in October.
Ahead of the data, the euro held steady against its major counterparts.
The euro was worth 126.64 against the yen, 1.0841 against the franc, 0.9037 against the pound and 1.2254 against the greenback at 1:55 am ET.
