-Earnings: -$539 million in Q4 vs. $736 million in the same period last year. -EPS: -$1.23 in Q4 vs. $1.64 in the same period last year. -Excluding items, Phillips 66 reported adjusted earnings of -$507 million or -$1.16 per share for the period. -Analysts projected -$1.06 per share
