BRUSSELS (dpa-AFX) - At 3.30 am ET Friday, Germany's flash PMI data is due. Economists forecast the composite PMI to drop to 50.5 in February from 50.8 in January.
Ahead of the data, the euro firmed against its major rivals.
The euro was worth 127.84 against the yen, 1.0842 against the franc, 0.8665 against the pound and 1.2111 against the greenback at 3:25 am ET.
