BRUSSELS (dpa-AFX) - After the release of U.S. housing starts and building permits for April at 8.30 am ET Tuesday, the greenback changed little against its major counterparts.
The greenback was trading at 108.92 against the yen, 1.2220 against the euro, 1.4203 against the pound and 0.8969 against the franc around 8:33 am ET.
