(NASDAQ: AGRZ) ("Agroz," the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), an innovative, fully vertically integrated agricultural technology company designing, building, managing, and operating indoor Controlled Environment Agriculture vertical farms, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering (the "Offering") of an aggregate of 1,250,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $4.00 per share, for total gross proceeds of $5 million before deducting underwriting discounts and offering expenses. The Company's ordinary shares have been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market. Trading is expected to begin on October 1, 2025, under the ticker symbol "AGRZ".
The Company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 187,500 ordinary shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts.
The Offering is being conducted on a firm commitment basis. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for capital expenditures, operating expenses, research and development, marketing, and acquisitions of certain companies (for which no specific acquisition target companies have been identified at this time). The Offering is expected to close on October 2, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
