Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) has signed a lease agreement for a newly produced building for light industry on the property Almnäs 5:23 in Stockholm Syd in Södertälje. The agreement covers the entire building of approximately 2,100 square meters and land of approximately 13,400 square meters and has a term of 15 years. The building was completed during the second quarter and the tenant, which is a publicly owned company, will take possession of the premises on 1 October 2026 following completion of tenant adaptations. The total investment in the project amounts to approximately SEK 59 million and the leasing contributes a net operating income of approximately SEK 4.3 million per year.
"We have focused on developing our project portfolio in the area and the new building is the fifth in a row that we have completed in the last three years. The signing of the lease agreement confirms that our offering meets market demand and that our configuration of products in the light industry and logistics segment are success factors," says Maria Jonsson, Development Manager at Stendörren.
In Stockholm South, Stendörren has recently started construction on two more projects for light industry for future leasing with a high degree of variation in the range of premises. In addition, there are two more projects with approved building permits that will not start until lease agreements are signed.
