ROME (dpa-AFX) - DiaSorin S.p.A. (DIA.MI) on Friday, reported lower revenue and net profit for the first half of 2026, as higher operating expenses and weaker profitability offset growth recorded during the second quarter.
For the first half of 2026, net revenue declined to EUR 602 million from EUR 619 million in the same period last year. Net profit fell to EUR 84 million from EUR 99 million a year earlier.
During the second quarter, net revenue increased to EUR 315 million from EUR 306 million a year earlier, while net profit remained broadly unchanged at EUR 46 million.
Looking ahead, DiaSorin reaffirmed its full-year 2026 guidance, expecting revenue to grow by about 5 percent to 6 percent and an adjusted EBITDA margin of around 32 percent to 33 percent.
DIA.MI closed Friday's trading at EUR 71.86 up EUR 2.90 or 4.21 percent on the Milan Stock Exchange.
