BRUSSELS/FRANKFURT/PARIS (dpa-AFX) - Vonovia SE (VNA.DE) reported first half profit to shareholders of 947.3 million euros compared to 802.4 million euros, prior year. Earnings per share was 1.06 euros compared to 0.97 euros, last year. Adjusted shareholder earnings declined to 771.6 million euros from 811.5 million euros, last year. Adjusted EBITDA was 1.46 billion euros, up 2.4% from last year. Pro forma and adjusted for prior year land sale, adjusted EBITDA increased by 6.4%. Adjusted shareholder earnings per share was 0.91 euros compared to 0.99 euros. Revenue from property management was 2.53 billion euors compared to 2.52 billion euros, prior year.
Vonovia confirmed its guidance for 2026. Adjusted EBITDA Total is still expected in a range of 2.95 billion to 3.05 billion euros, and adjusted shareholder earnings are expected between 1.4 billion and 1.5 billion euros. The medium-term objectives for 2028 also remain unchanged.
At last close on Frankfurt Stock Exchange, Vonovia shares were trading at 21.64 euros, up 1.60%.
