Regenerative Medical Technology Group: RMTG to Hold First-Ever Investor Call to Discuss Second Quarter 2026 Results

A Positive First Half of 2026 Prompts the Company to Launch Its First Investor Call and Invite Shareholder Questions

MIAMI, FL / ACCESS Newswire / August 5, 2026 / Regenerative Medical Technologies Group, Inc. (the "Company" or "RMTG") (OTCID:RMTG), a regenerative medicine company operating through its wholly owned subsidiary Global Stem Cells Group, today announced that it expects to hold an investor call within the next two weeks to discuss significant positive results in connection with its upcoming Q2 2026 filing. The call - the first in the Company's history - reflects the success of RMTG's performance through the first half of 2026 and management's commitment to increased transparency and engagement with its shareholders.

A Milestone Moment for Shareholder Engagement

Why the Company Is Hosting Its First Investor Call

Following a strong start to 2026, management believes the Company has reached an inflection point worthy of direct engagement with the investment community. RMTG's first quarter demonstrated rapid, profitable growth, and the Company believes its second-quarter results will further underscore the momentum building across its global regenerative medicine platform. The investor call is intended to give shareholders a direct line to management ahead of the Q2 filing.

Building on a Strong First Quarter

As previously reported, RMTG delivered record results in the first quarter of 2026:

  • Revenue grew 93% year over year to $2,639,353, compared to $1,364,341 in Q1 2025.

  • Gross profit grew 87% to $1,766,491, compared to $943,894 in the prior-year period.

  • Operating income grew 70% to $229,783, compared to $134,960 in Q1 2025.

Growth was led by the Company's ISSCA training division and its Cellgenic product-supply operation, supported by an expanding base of recurring Affiliate membership revenue and a global clinic network spanning more than 30 countries. Management looks forward to discussing how these trends carried into the second quarter on the upcoming call.

How Shareholders Can Participate

Investors are invited to submit questions in advance of the call throughout this week by emailing investor.relations@regenmedtechgroup.com. Management will endeavor to answer as many questions as practicable during the call.

The Company will issue a follow-up press release a few days before the investor call to specify the date, time, and dial-in details. The Company expects to provide additional updates on its growth initiatives and operating performance in subsequent releases and encourages investors and interested parties to review the Company's filings at www.sec.gov.

Achtung, Korrektur!
