Amdocs Management Limited: Vivo Selects Amdocs to Advance OSS Modernization with Upgrade to Amdocs CES2X

Evolution of the Amdocs Customer Experience Suite platform and the modernization of Vivo's OSS systems strengthen the operational capabilities needed to support business growth

JERSEY CITY, NJ / ACCESS Newswire / August 5, 2026 / Amdocs (NASDAQ:DOX), a leading provider of software and services for communications and media companies, today announced that Vivo has strengthened its strategic collaboration with Amdocs by renewing its Managed Services for Amdocs Customer Experience Suite (CES) operations, upgrading its platform to CES2X, and aligning its licensing capacity to support the continued growth of its customer base.

The agreement includes the renewal of services and the platform technology upgrade, ensuring the capacity, performance, and operational stability required to sustain operations and support ongoing business growth.

The initiative encompasses the evolution of the Amdocs CES platform and the modernization of Vivo's OSS environment, enhancing service activation, inventory, and provisioning capabilities. This technology upgrade contributes to a more agile operation, delivering improvements in response times and order processing efficiency.

In addition to the operational gains achieved through modernization, the migration to CES2X establishes a more modern technology foundation, better positioned to support future automation and digital transformation initiatives.

"We completed the modernization on schedule and without impacts to operations, demonstrating the maturity of the collaboration between Vivo and Amdocs and the commitment of the teams involved. This evolution strengthens our business support platform and prepares us for future operational challenges," said Fernando Paes Campos, Executive IT Director at Vivo.

"Vivo's renewed trust in Amdocs reflects their customer-centric approach," said Anthony Goonetilleke, Group President of Technology and Head of Strategy at Amdocs. "We are proud to support this evolution through Amdocs CES, helping Vivo continue to deliver consistent customer experiences while establishing a solid foundation for future business growth."

Achtung, Korrektur!
