The company's bottom line came in at $231.7 million, or $1.23 per share. This compares with $428.7 million, or $2.13 per share, last year.
Excluding items, Molson Coors Beverage Company reported adjusted earnings of $296.6 million or $1.58 per share for the period.
The company's revenue for the period fell 3.2% to $3.096 billion from $3.200 billion last year.
