STOCKHOLM (dpa-AFX) - Straumann Holding AG (SAUHY, STMN.SW), a Swiss-based provider of dental solutions, on Wednesday announced that its Chief Executive Officer Guillaume Daniellot will step down. The company has appointed Christopher Norbye as CEO, effective December 1, as part of a planned leadership transition.
Guillaume Daniellot will step down after nearly 20 years with the company.
Norbye joins the company from Beijer Ref AB (BEIJ-B.ST) as CEO and previously led ASSA ABLOY.
Daniellot will complete his term at the end of November and support the transition, including work with key customers. Norbye will join Straumann in October to facilitate the handover.
On Tuesday, Straumann closed trading 0.79% lesser at CHF 99.66 on the Swiss Stock Exchange.
