MAITLAND, ON, Sept. 1, 2026 /CNW/ -- Responsible Energy Corporation (TSXV: REH) ("Responsible Energy" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") has issued its final bulletin following completion of the Company's Qualifying Transaction with Responsible Energy Inc. ("REI").
The Company's common shares will commence trading on the TSXV under the symbol "REH" effective at the opening of trading on September 2, 2026.
The Qualifying Transaction closed on August 25, 2026, resulting in REI becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

Further to the press release of the Company dated August 26, 2026 issued in connection with the Closing of the Qualifying Transaction, the Company notes that a finder's fee of $9,900 was paid in connection with the AD4 Concurrent Financing (as defined in such press release).
