CANBERA (dpa-AFX) - The New Zealand dollar strengthened against other major currencies in the European session Friday.
The NZ dollar rose to a 3-day high of 1.2332 against the Australian dollar, from an early low of 1.2278.
Against the U.S. dollar, the yen and the euro, the kiwi advanced to 0.5835, 90.00 and 1.9901 from early lows of 0.5806, 89.64 and 2.0000, respectively.
If the kiwi extends its uptrend, it is likely to find resistance around 1.20 against the aussie, 0.59 against the greenback, 92.00 against the yen and 1.97 against the euro.
