("Questor" or the "Company") (TSX-V: QST) announces that Aly Sumar has resigned as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. During the transition period, the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors will provide oversight while the Company conducts a search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer.
